Face/Back Veneer -

Specie - Gurjan, Keruing, Silver oak, Beech, Melia Dubia or equivalent species of grade A, B, BB & CC

Thickness - 0.55 mm or 0.65 mm

Core Veneer -

Specie - Eucalyptus,Acacia, Melia Dubia or similar

Thickness - 1.5 mm , 2 mm only

The core veneer used is naturally resistant to borer and termite attack but further enhanced by glue line poisoning.

CORE FILLERS:

Battens or blocks for core fillers are using 100% Silver Oak,Melia Dubia or similar hardwood species chemically treated and kiln dried.

Internally lipped finished door shutters are manufactured as per specifications above using 100% Silver Oak,Melia Dubia or similar hardwood species battens or block for the core fillers chemically treated and kiln dried.

Available in sizes as per customers’ requirements in thickness of 25 mm,32mm or 40 mm.

Boiling water proof flush doors are available in 100% (BWP) weather and boil proof, phenol formaldehyde resin bonded, chemically treated in moss green colour as available in the market where required.
