BWP GRADE -

Phenol Formaldehyde resin bonded

Face/Back Veneer -

Specie - Gurjan, Keruing, Silver oak, Beech, Melia Dubia or equivalent species of grade A

Thickness - 0.55 mm or 0.65 mm

Core Veneer -

Specie - Eucalyptus, Acacia, Melia Dubia or similar

Thickness - 1.5 mm , 2 mm only

The core veneer used is naturally resistant to borer and termite attack but further enhanced by glue line poisoning.

Film faced plywood and boards are weather and boiling water proof grade.

BWP phenol formaldehyde resin bonded with 120 gsm brick red or black phenolic film. Higher 180 gsm film can be used if specifically required. This can also be supplied with a pre finished backer lamination for direct use in cupboard interior, door back etc.

The pre finished backer laminated material comes in a semi-transparent colour exposing the natural wood veneer appearance, duly protected and saves cost of polishing or painting the interiors.
